Depending on which country you live in, your pillow can take 2 days – 4 weeks to arrive.* You will receive a notification email with tracking details, once your order has been shipped.

* Please note, circumstances outside of our control such as environmental disasters, Covid-19 pandemic and other unforeseen circumstances can delay shipping. We will do our best to ensure you receive your order by committing to process your Feeding Friend, within 48 hours upon order being received. If you need your pillow urgently, or have any concerns with shipping, please email [email protected] with your name and order number as the subject.

Feeding Friend will offer a replacement or full refund, if your product is faulty and purchased via our website. Please communicate the fault in writing to [email protected] stating your name, order number and product fault. You are welcome to include images to support your claim.
